When is the white iPhone 4 release date?

UPDATE: Apple now says the white iPhone 4 has been postponed until Spring 2011.

Apple has announced that the white iPhone 4 will not be available until "later this year."

The white model was first seen at WWDC during the keynote speech. Ever since, Apple has not taken pre-orders for the white version and the unit has not been available in stores. Apple has sold over three million black iPhone 4 units since launch day on June 24.
