How do I turn off old notifications when using MobileNotifier?

If you find yourself getting annoyed that your sleek new notifications with MobileNotifier constantly have the standard iOS (pre iOS 5) notifications lurking behind them, have no fear, there's an easy way to make sure that only MobileNotifier handles and informs you of incoming notifications.

Head into Settings -> MobileNotifier and set Antique Lock Alerts to off.
