A new tweak from Saurik, the creator of Cydia promises to simplify the process of queueing up songs when music is already playing. Cyueue improves the stock iOS Music app by adding the option to Play Now, Play Next, or Play Last whenever a song is selected and another song is currently playing.
Not only does this prevent the current song from getting cut off, but a special playlist named Cyueue is created to store upcoming songs that will play next. You can even use a shortcut and double-tap the row of the song you want to select. Double tapping the left, middle or right of the row will play this song now, next or later respectively.
Once the Cyueue playlist is completed, the Music app will automatically resume where it left off with the previous playlist or album. Every time you use Cyueue the playlist it creates is temporary, and resets every time you start a new play session. This tweak can be incredibly useful for changing music at a gathering or if someone suggests they'd like to hear something different next. The entire process is streamlined and provides an easy, intuitive way to change what's playing on the fly, without interrupting the current song.
Cyueue is available on Cydia from the Cydia/Telesphoreo repository for $2.49. Check here for instructions on how to jailbreak iOS 6.x with evasi0n. You can also find out how to purchase and install Cydia tweaks with this guide.
