Now all that's needed to buy an iTunes gift card is a PayPal account. The online payment service has launched a new feature called PayPal Digital Gifts, with iTunes gift cards as its first product offering. Of course, when buying a gift card the cost is immediately debited directly from your PayPal account.
The iTunes gift cards are available from PayPal in $15, $25, $50 and $100 denominations, except that $15 and $25 cards are currently sold out. When purchasing the cards there's an option to "Buy for Me" or gift the cards for someone else. Keep in mind, however that the cards are only valid for purchases on the U.S. iTunes store.
As always, iTunes gift cards can be redeemed for music, TV shows, movies, apps, books, games and anything else that's available in the iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks and the Mac App Store. Right now the feature is limited to U.S. PayPal accounts. The company has bigger plans for Digital Gifts, with additional gift cards from more merchants in the works, as well as special pricing.
According to PayPal:
What is PayPal Digital Gifts? It is a store that will give people the chance to purchase digital gift cards from a host of our partner merchants. We have one marquee merchant in the store today and will be adding more very soon! The development is a welcome one for those who enjoy the convenience of making purchases with PayPal. Stay tuned to see what additional items make their way into PayPal Digital Gifts.

I've been advised not to buy these giftcards from Paypal. There are MANY redeem issues. I would suggest instead using a website like itunes-gitcards.com, tunescodes.com, etc. There are many of these floating around online. I can say from first-hand experience as a customer that itunes-giftcards is a really safe site, they verify with me for all the purchases I make and deliver the code straight to my email. And all of their codes are legit.
