How do I complete the "I'm the Doctor" achievement in Iron Marines?

The Doctor (a reference to the television series Doctor Who) can be found hanging out in his TARDIS to the right of the first Refinery in Mission 11. Just tap the TARDIS to complete the "I'm the Doctor" achievement.
