The next installment of Rovio's blockbuster Angry Birds series has arrived for iOS devices. Angry Birds Space takes the game to an entirely new level, with physics that game designers actually discussed with NASA employees. The birds are still going after the pigs, but this time there are 60 levels in zero-gravity and on different planets.

Angry Birds Space has been getting rave reviews and already in its first day on the App Store iOS device owners have rated the game at 4.5 out of 5 stars. In addition to hidden bonus levels, there are new birds and bird superpowers to be used against the pigs and their fortifications.

Angry Birds fans and newcomers alike can now enjoy version 2.0 of the game on any Apple device running iOS 3.0 or later. Rovio has launched the latest update to the ever-popular game to celebrate its 2nd birthday. Angry Birds has been the number one paid seller in the App Store all over the world, and continues to bring new levels into play.

Angry Birds 2.0 adds 15 entirely new levels with a birthday cake theme to celebrate the anniversary, bringing the total number of levels available to a whopping 300. Not only this, but all episodes are unlocked in the new Angry Birds, so you can skip ahead and start with the first level on any episode at any time regardless of your progress.

Apple announced their picks for Best iPhone App and Game of the Year on Thursday. Instagram beat out VidRhythm and Band Of The Day for Best App of the Year, and Tiny Tower topped Tiny Wings and Touchgrind BMX for Best iPhone Game of the Year.

The Best iPad App honors went to Snapspeed, and Dead Space won Game of the Year over Contre Jour HD and Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP. Angry Birds, Pages and GarageBand were some of the top selling iPad apps of the year.

VitaminWater has figured out a way to make your daily commute better by turning bus shelters into charging ports.

iPhones have made waiting for the bus a little more tolerable, and now you can charge your device at bus stations in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York. The ad agency Crispin Porter + Bogusky invented the "Alternative Energy Source" -- an ad campaign to promote the VitaminWater Energy drink by offering USB ports for charging mobile devices at bus stations. Now there are two reasons to walk a few extra blocks to find a bus shelter, to stay out of the rain and to charge your iPhone.
