Apple is working on an update to the iPad mini, however the latest hardware is not expected to arrive until late 2023 at the earliest. The company may not release the 7th generation iPad mini until the first half of 2024.
Apple revealed the redesigned iPad 10th generation and the M2 iPad Pro in October 2022. Both models are available for pre-order now, and ship on Wednesday, October 26. They are also available in stores at this time.
The Apple TV 4K was also refreshed. The 2022 Apple TV can be pre-ordered now and ships on Friday, November 4.

Apple introduced several new products this week via press release, skipping a full-on October keynote event. The next generation iPad Pro was joined by the 10th generation iPad, and new Apple TV hardware. Interestingly, all of the products revealed this month feature a USB-C port instead of Apple's own Lightning connector.

The Apple Watch was the first Apple product to integrate an OLED display back in 2015. Then came the iPhone X in the fall of 2017. Now all iPhones feature the technology, which provides several advantages over conventional LCD displays. Reports have pointed to Apple adopting OLED or even Mini-LED displays in upcoming iPad and MacBook models.

Apple has officially sent out invites to its highly-anticipated media event taking place at Apple Park. The event will stream online starting Tuesday September 15, 2020 at 10:00 AM Pacific time (1:00 Eastern). Several new product announcements are expected, however it's looking as if the iPhone 12 reveal may be postponed until a future date. One leading indication is the September event title, "Time Flies".
