All videos published on Vine are public, and there is no setting which allows you to make them private. Twitter has promised to add more ways to control the visibility of your content in the future.

To delete a video on your Vine app, tap the three dots at the bottom of the video you want to remove. Select "Delete post" and the video will be deleted from your account. It may take a few minutes for the video to disappear from your followers timelines.
