Now jailbroken users on iOS 9 can completely reorganize the Notification Center with the tweak NotificationCards. Once installed, this mod groups all notifications into individual app cards for easy viewing. All of the notifications for each app can be dismissed immediately by swiping on the card. There are also other ways to interact with app cards, and a variety of customizations in the settings.
Options include the ability to collapse or expand app cards in the Notification Center and lock screen. The space-saving collapse setting will fit more cards, and these can be expanded to show details by tapping show more. The appearance of notification cards can also be adjusted, with custom colors or by using automatically chosen colors that mesh with each associated app icon. Transparency is also an option, which will alter the appearance of the background in the cards.
NotificationCards provides a preview to see theme changes, and a built-in respring button to ensure they take effect. A toggle will enable or disable the tweak entirely, and a handy user guide is also provided to make sure users get the most out of the tweak.
NotificationCards runs $2.99 on the Cydia app store. To start customizing iOS, click here for instructions on how to jailbreak iOS 9 with Pangu. Find out how to purchase and install Cydia tweaks with this guide.
