How to add Apple Music to your Sonos wireless speakers

Apple Music on Sonos

The first official public beta of Apple Music on Sonos is now available for owners of Sonos wireless speakers. This marks the first time that Apple's new music streaming service can be used as a third-party application on a non-mobile device. Apple Music on Sonos will also replace the Beats streaming option currently offered on Sonos products.

Sonos users who join the beta program will be able to access and stream all their favorite Apple Music features, such as For You and Beats 1. Here's how to join the beta:

1. Open the Sonos app on your device
2. Navigate to Settings > Advance Settings
3. Tap "Beta Program"
4. Tap "Join Beta Program"
5. Update your Sonos system
6. Add Apple Music from the “Add Music Services” menu

Remember, Apple Music on Sonos is in beta, which means there may be some bugs or issues until everything is ironed out. Sonos promises that the final version of Apple Music will be ready in "early 2016."

Sonos smart speakers feature free access to over 100,000 free radio stations, shows and podcasts, and support popular streaming services such as Spotify and Pandora.
