Apple Watch owners running watchOS 3 or later can use the Home app to control HomeKit devices around the house.
The Home app for Apple Watch is similar to the iOS version, with a carousel view of connected accessories and scenes. Most controls are simplified on the watch, but you can ask Siri to perform more advanced functions.
