The ability to stream music from your iPhone directly to speakers or an AirPlay-enabled device like the Apple TV is one of the perks of iOS. Some music apps, like Pandora, include a handy AirPlay button that makes turning on streaming simple. So how do you get other music playing applications on the iPhone to use AirPlay?

Just because the app developer didn't include the AirPlay button directly in the app interface doesn't mean you're out of business. Apple has included a default AirPlay switch in iOS along with volume controls on the multitasking dock. Accessing AirPlay from any music app is possible as long as your AirPlay-compatible devices are properly configured on your Wi-Fi network.

The new jailbreak tweak AccountChanger helps you keep track of your multiple AppStore accounts by adding an "Accounts" button to the Update section of the AppStore. The latest version is beta so some bugs are being worked out. However, if you use more than one account this tweak could be helpful, and may be worth a look.

You can give the tweak a whirl by downloading it for free from the BigBoss repo in Cydia. AccountChanger requires iOS 5 or higher.

Thanks to MultiCleaner iPhone users no longer have to manually quit each application running in the iOS multitasking dock to free up RAM and improve performance. Not only does the $0.99 jailbreak tweak make it possible to set up custom Activator triggers to quit all apps, it offers customization for multitasking dock behavior.

Apps can be pinned to the left side of the multitasking bar for quick access, and app icons can be rearranged within the multitasking bar. When apps are not running but have been recently opened, the icon appears darkened, while actively running background apps are normally displayed.

Another hardware unlock solution has appeared, the R-SIM from Each Supplier. This SIM interposer works with the iPhone 4S running iOS 5 or iOS 5.0.1 making it possible to use the device on any compatible GSM carrier network.

iPhone Dev-Team has not made recent announcements regarding updates to ultrasn0w, the software unlock solution for jailbreakers. One advantage of the R-SIM is that the product does not require a jailbroken iPhone to unlock the device.
