How do I adjust the double-click speed required to use Apple Pay on iPhone X?

I want to slow down the speed of the double-click on the iPhone X side button so I can easily open Apple Pay, is there a setting to do this?

If you are having trouble with double-clicking the iPhone X side button to bring up Apple Pay, you can slow it down or speed it up in Settings.
