Apply Custom Colors to the iPhone Status Bar

Looking to change the iOS status bar color? Developer RiDan has released Status Color to provide jailbreakers with a simple way to do just that. Once installed, Status Color adds RGB sliders to Settings -> StatusColor, allowing the user to pick any hue possible. This is a great way to match home screen backgrounds and create a unique look.

SBPageSwipe tweak Cydia iOS

SBPageSwipe is so simple there are no options to configure. Once installed, swiping over the page dots at the bottom of the home screen will shortcut directly to the first or last home screens on your device. Instead of having to swipe several times to get to the end, the same feat can be accomplished with a single gesture thanks to SBPageSwipe.

Share iPhone Files Over Bluetooth with Celeste 2

Looking to share files with an iOS device over Bluetooth? Celeste 2 has arrived in the Cydia jailbreak app store, and the tweak incorporates several improvements over its predecessor. With Celeste 2 installed, a new Bluetooth sharing option becomes available across many stock and third party apps. Any compatible Bluetooth device can be paired with Celeste 2 to send and receive files.

Bluetooth file transfer iPhone

Sending files between iOS devices, or from an iOS device to a Mac or PC computer has never been easier. In fact, because Celeste 2 uses the original iOS Bluetooth stack, files can be transferred while simultaneously streaming music to a Bluetooth speaker, or while paired to another device. Celeste 2 will install the Notification Center Widget app on the home screen, and when a file transfer is in progress this is where you can find a status bar indicating how much data has been sent or received.

Reminisce Provides Fast Access to Recently Used Apps

Sure there's a default app switcher in iOS, and there are enhancements to this dock such as the must-have jailbreak tweak Auxo. Reminisce brings something different to iOS, a slick-looking app switcher dedicated to quickly launching recently used apps. Swiping from the side of the display brings up the last five apps that were opened on the jailbroken device.

Of course, there are several settings that can be customized once Reminisce is installed from Cydia.

Manage iOS Apps and RAM with this Tweak

Checking up on apps and how they use iOS system resources is handled automatically, but some iPhone owners want to know what's happening behind the scenes. AppSwiper provides a new way to visualize what apps are running at a glance, and to display the amount of RAM being used. If necessary, apps can be stopped with a simple button press.

AppSwiper tweak Cydia iOS

For those with jailbroken devices, AppSwiper provides new functionality for $0.99 on the Cydia app store. Once installed, this tweak makes it possible to swipe up directly on a running app icon, which will display the amount of RAM taken up by the app. Tapping Kill immediately stops the app, freeing up system resources for other things. What's cool is that running apps are highlighted right on the home screen, by adding color behind the app name.
