Evidence continues to mount that Apple's next iPhone announcement will happen this month. The 2020 iPhone SE, otherwise known as the iPhone 9 or iPhone SE 2, will enter the market as Apple's next budget smartphone. With a lower cost, updated internal components, and a design similar to the iPhone 8, the upcoming iPhone could hit shelves as early as April 22nd. Reports indicate that Apple was planning a media event for late March, however with a global pandemic ongoing these plans have changed.

Both the app and website were created in partnership with the CDC1, the Coronavirus Task Force and FEMA, according to the press release. The new COVID-19 screening tool and resources aims to help people stay informed and stay safe during the coronavirus outbreak.

Apple has launched iOS 13.4 for all compatible devices. The updated software can be installed OTA or by using a computer. There are several new features coming to iPhones, with iPads gaining mouse and trackpad support in the latest version of iPadOS. Of course, whether updating an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, the software can be downloaded and installed for free. Many of the improvements are behind the scenes, but here are some of the features users will notice after updating to iOS 13.4.

Siri delivers answers to COVID-19 questions

Apple has updated the Siri voice assistant with information about COVID-19 from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and US Public Health Service. Asking Siri a question such as "Do I have coronavirus?", or saying "I'm feeling sick today" prompts Siri to begin a triage process. Through a series of questions, Siri helps to determine an appropriate course of action. In severe cases, Siri will ask to call 911 for emergency medical help.

Apple quietly announced several new products, including the most advanced iPad Pro available. The latest iPad Pro brings trackpad support to iPad, as well as a brand new Magic Keyboard with floating design and angle adjustment. In other words, when connected to Magic Keyboard the iPad Pro floats above the keys and can quickly be adjusted for the best viewing angle.
